how should i structure this do you guys have any ideas

should i just like create a different forum for big cases then like ............... a forum for smaller cases ???????? or group it all together like "mass shootings" "serial killers" etc.

i really like the second idea like "mass murders" "shootings" "serial killers" "smaller cases" etc
